A gut renovation of the Historic Plaza Hotel's Concourse level to reimagine the space as the New York's first and finest Food Hall. A commissary kitchen supports two dozen plus proprietors of fine foods and drinks servicing communal dining areas. The Todd English Food Hall is a European-insired specialty Food Hall offering traditional table and station service. Executed project with the renowned design team of Jeffrey Beers.
